Recently upgrade my PC from Windows XP to Windows 7 64 bit but having issue with my SSIS project connecting to oracle, it sems that visuaul studion during the design mode use oracle 32 bit driver even your on 64 bit platform already. These it what I do to fix the issue:
1. Download the latest 32-bit (ODTwithODAC1120320_32bit) drivers and install it. Check the oracle site for latest driver
2. Add TNS_ADMIN environment variable. Right click My Computer on your desktop, choosing Propertie, flipping to the Advance Tab, clicking the Environment Variables button, and adding the variable. Add the directory where your TNS file is located ex. D:\oracle\product\10.2.0\client_1\NETWORK\ADMIN
3. Re-start your PC then open the pacakage that connects to oracle and test connection
If not work then I am clueless :-)
